Does your family household earn between $550.00 and $1598.00 (gross) per week? Are you currently living in the Waverley LGA and have done so for the past three years or have you lived in the LGA for five out of the past ten years.

If you answered yes to both these questions you might be eligible for the AHP. For this brand new three bedroom, two bathroom apartment we are looking for a family with more than one child.

This program is run by Waverley Council in partnership with SWISH Housing Co-op. It provides cheaper rent for households on low to moderate incomes that have a proven connection to the Waverley Local Government Area.
*Under this program your rent will be set at only 75% of the local median rent.
