-Does your household earn between $550.00 and $1600.00 per week?
-Are you currently living in the Waverley LGA and have done so for the past three years, or a combination of 2 years living and one year working in the LGA, or have you lived in the LGA for 5 out of the past ten years?
If you answered yes to both these questions you might be eligible for the AHP. This program is run by Waverley Council in partnership with Bridge Housing Ltd (formally known as SWISH). It provides cheaper rent for working households on low to moderate incomes that have a proven connection to the Waverley Local Government Area. *Under this program your rent will be set at only 75% of the local median rent.
The program offers housing for a maximum of 3 years. We are currently looking for applicants to apply to our waiting list for one and two bedroom apartments. However there are only a limited number of properties and strict eligibility requirements apply, also a small waiting period may also apply.
