Melissa Francis is the Executive Assistant to Director Martha Nissirios at Bondi Realty and is known for her organisational capabilities and attention to detail.

With over six years of experience in real estate as a Client Experience Manager and over twenty years in the travel industry as an Office Manager, Melissa is a highly organised and established individual.

Having completed a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and Certificate IV in Frontline Management, she is an expert in assisting and maintaining an optimal workplace environment.

Melissa’s role is to assist and support Martha in her daily office administration tasks in relation to sales and rentals. Melissa works closely with Martha and the team to ensure the office can continue to help as many clients as possible. Her industry experience, passion and meticulous nature makes Melissa an important member of the Bondi Realty team.
